It is an honor and a privilege for us to present the 8th Course on Update and Training in Colorectal Surgery taking place in Barcelona, Spain from February 19th to the 21rst 2020.
In this new edition, we come back to Barcelona. Our venue will be the hotel Crowne Plaza on Thursday 20th and Friday 21 rst. We will enjoy from stimulating discussions, clinical cases, debates and lectures from national and international experts in the field of colorectal surgery. The course is complemented by the live surgery sessions at the Hospital de Bellvitge during Wednesday 19th.
The aim of this meeting remains on approaching the latest developments on the field to all colorectal specialists through national and international experts and keeping the friendly and close environment, and addressing each topic with objectivity and deepness. As every year we have seen a high degree of contentment shown at the satisfaction surveys and we are committed to certainly maintain the level in this new edition.
The surgery program for this 2020 edition will include new techniques and treatments for colorectal surgery that we can study in detail by the hand of the best experts.
We come back to Barcelona: Cosmopolitan, multicultural and open city to everybody willing to know its streets full of history, in which you can also enjoy all the comforts of a modern city as Mediterranean as European.
The new venue, the hotel Crowne Plaza Barcelona - Fira Center located in the heart of Montjuïc, one of the most popular areas in the city. Located between the famous Plaza de España and the Gran Via, you will enjoy the colorful Montjuic Magic Fountain, the Olimpic Stadium or the Montjuic Castle.
